Create a VPS

vzlist -a
vzctl create 101
vzctl create 101 –ostemplate fedora-core-4 -i –config vps.basic
Configure VPS
vzctl stop 101
# vzctl set 101 –onboot yes –save
# vzctl set 101 –hostname cyborg.com –save
# vzctl set 101 –ipadd 192.168.1.169 –save
# vzctl set 101 –nameserver 192.168.1.9 –save
# vzctl set 101 –userpasswd root:qwerty
# vzctl start 101
Start,Stop and Restart
vzctl stop 101
vzctl start 101
vzctl restart 101
vzctl status 101
Delete VPS
To delete a vps node we use the “destroy” command.
# vzctl stop 101
# vzctl destroy 101

error showing:

vzquota on failed [7]
FIX:
vzquota drop 54112
If any error:
ps ax |grep vzquota
9080 pts/1 T 0:00 /usr/sbin/vzquota on 54114 -r 0 -b 26214500 -B 26214500 -i 1000100 -I 1000100 -e 0 -n 0 -s 1 -u 1000
kill -9 9080
vzquota drop 54114
vzctl start 54114
To set quota: vzctl set 54114 –diskspace 52428800:52428800 –save
To see Quota:
grep DISKSPACE /etc/sysconfig/vz-scripts/54119.conf
DISKSPACE=”78643200:78643200″
